Capello was initially expected to hand starts to new caps Jack WilshereKieran Gibbs andBobby Zamora, but he will instead start the game with 11 players who were part of the squad in South Africa.
The England coach is wary of harming the confidence of those in his squad for the first time by subjecting them to the customary boos which will surely be aimed at the likes of John Terry at Wembley. He plans to introduce them at half-time when the supporters, he hopes, will have mellowed.
"I expect boos. Why not? We win together, we lose together,'' he said. "Always, I respect the crowd but I am the boss. They have to boo me like the players.
"The first XI will be players who were at the World Cup. This is sure because, like me, they have to take the booing.''
